Unless you are joking, that is an idiotic statement. No one chooses what sexually arouses them. It's not a decision. It just happens. The girl and her parents consented for her to appear topless in the movie. Nothing illegal or immoral took place. So we're watching the movie, and there we see a fully developed female body in front of us, naked. We feel a tingle and maybe a little swelling in our trousers. And we're supposed to be ashamed? Judas Priest.
This philosophy must have limits, though. Surely sexual arousal towards minors is something to be ashamed of, involuntary though it may be.

Besides, the age of majority is much less than 18 in many places, including in the U.S.

I didn't mean "teenagers" when I said "minors". What I'm saying is that if somebody is attracted to prepubescents, that would be worthy of shame.
Shame is irrelevant - some people are just wired weird. He's right about having no control over what arouses us. However, we have total control about whether we ACT on those impulses. Anyone can be attracted to someone inappropriate. Anyone who acts on it is a monster.

shareNot sure what country you're in, Stinky. But the marriageable age laws haven't changed that much in the United States either. In many states, girls as young as 14 can get married to a man.

I suppose the reasoning for this is if someone becomes emancipated from their parents or their parents die and they just don't have much of a choice but to get married.
I would think the law will change in all 50 states eventually but who knows for sure?
I saw some documentary on this practice a while back and it does happen. But it's mostly foreigners that do it. Its still cultural for some people I suppose.

shareShe is almost 40 now. And someone can be fully sexually developed while still being a legal "minor". There are plenty of professional models that start their careers in their teens, and why? Because at that age, they are at their very peak of sexual desirability. Sure, it is illegal for adults to engage in sexual activity with them in most jurisdictions, but it in now way can be compared to pedophelia.
