It has nothing to do with being white or black. Many people, of all races, are concerned and upset that a sexual predator was able to get off on a technicality. If that doesn't concern you, then you have a serious problem. This is not about race, at all. Cosby is guilty and he got away with it.

I remember when I read about her dating and then marrying that freak back in the 2000s and there are plenty of pictures and video footage of them together, but she now says that she was under his spell of abuse and manipulation. And Constand waited a year before reporting, changed her story and was still seeing and asking for things from Cosby during that period. I see no credibility here. Sure, you can say "Just because he never admitted to rape, doesn't mean he isn't guilty of rape" but let's remember also that just because a women said it happened doesn't mean it did. What makes her story more credible than Cosby's?
I'm a white woman and followed the entire case from when it started and I don't believe these women. I was elated to hear the news because the entire case was a total miscarriage of justice. This has nothing to do with black or white but everything to do with putting an innocent man in jail using illegal and crooked methods.

shareA technicality? If the prosecutor promised Cosby that there would be no criminal charges in exchange for his testimony in the civil trial, then that is one heck of a technicality. I'm shocked that there was an ensuing criminal trial at all, not to mention Cosby spending years in prison. Even if Cosby did it, and he likely did, his criminal trial and resultant incarceration was a gross miscarriage of justice due to flagrant prosecutorial misconduct. You can't get someone to incriminate themselves by promising them that their testimony will not result in criminal charges, and then turn around and use that very same testimony to pursue criminal charges.
shareThe judge should be impeached by the Pennsylvania House, and it should have the same outcry for Cosby getting locked up. Injustice is INJUSTICE and should not go unpunished! That Judge is on my radar and I'm gonna talk to some people, straighten this out.
