Beverly Hills Cop III was bad enough, I don't want a 4th, nor a has-been Axel F, nor a woke addition to my fave cop movie of the 80's.

shareI hate sequels that happen after so much time. As far as Eddie goes coming to America 2 wasn't so good

I agree, rarely do sequels this long after end up being any good. However it is always nice to see R rated Eddie so there's some hope.

shareI hope so too. I really like this trilogy. One and two were great and three a let down, but hopefully this will be good.
shareI didn't like 2 or 3 at all. They were pale imitations of the original. I assume this will be at least as shitty as the recent Coming to America sequel.
shareI really enjoyed 2. You're right it copied a lot from the original, but I still found it entertaining and hilarious. 3 kind of went of the rails, but there are bits of humor that I enjoyed. I still haven't watched the Coming to America sequel and most sequels this far out tend to not be good. Here's to hoping this one is not just a crappy rehash.
