Honestly, I've seen many of his "me talking" things, and this one is pretty much the only one worth watching.
But it is sooooo worth watching. It's like 4 hours long, but every second of it is captivating and hillarious.

Lol, exactly. Just look at Spring Break the last few years in Florida, Georgia and Louisina.
I was angry about the bait and switch too, for a long time. Still am, to a certain extent. It really wasn't a Mad Max movie.
Ultimately though, it was a fucking awesome movie set in that universe with Mad Max in it every step of the way. I'll take it.

Good point. To clarify, I think he did it, on a <i>subconscious</i> level, to remain in high school as long as possible. On the surface, <i>conscious</i> level, I definitely agree that he did it to look tough or cool in front of his peers.
I don't think he would have eaten Vernon's shit if he hadn't had an audience that day, though. I'll agree to disagree on that.
