It was on set of his movie and they were using a prop gun. He shot and killed the cinematographer and injured the director. I can only imagine the guilt he must be feeling.

Right people are supposed to be just as careful with props as real weapons. I don't think it was disclosed what exactly type of weapon it was, but I hope it wasn't pointed directly at someone. Maybe it wasn't since it did not hit an actor/actress? Lots of questions and will depend on what witnesses say. High profile actor so I doubt this will go anywhere.

Read the details about the Brandon Lee case. I’m not saying that’s what happened here but it’s an instance where projectiles are used on movie sets.

He placed a blank to his head and pulled the trigger. The compressed forces and powder went into his temple and killed him. Had he had the muzzle a couple of feet from him that would not have happened. The Brandon Lee case was different. There was a lead bullet lodged in the barrel and a blank was fired which was like creating a muzzle loader. Brandon Lee was killed by a bullet. He very well could have been killed from a distance of 50’. The dude from silk stalkings was killed by gunpowder and compressed gassed.
The two cases are completely different. I don’t know what happened with Baldwin but two people were not struck by a blank. A projectile passed through one into the other or it was a shotgun shell.
