rockstar had a good run while it lasted, but when gta online blew up so huge they sold out and forgot what made the series so great all those years ago.

shareYeah the second lead is the male deuterogonist to the female protagonist. Most suspect he will die at some point through the story, since there is some story elements centering around the lead female protagonist being a single mother, taking care of a child. One of the story missions involved her having to feed the kid and watch over him.

It's been downhill ever since, but to be fair it is difficult to top that.
The GTA3 main is called Claude. Also when I personally enjoyed Tommy Versetti's story and gameplay loop much more in VC, most fun I had with CJ and the world. Never connected with Nico or even the GTA5 Trio. For GTA4, I had most connection with Johnny (and also Louis), not a good start for Trevor at all.
