Yep same here Tbh, and I don't know about anyone else, but I've always thought that he had never looked 100 percent health wise for a long long time.

shareI dunno if he ever had any kind of surgery or not, but I don't believe this photo shows that he has lol. I mean, yeah, one eye is kinda squinty but, you know... that can happen when a camera catches you smiling a bit more on one side or whatever in some random moment. And the guy has always had a kinda unusual-looking face, to be honest (I don't mean that in a bad way necessarily) which, now that it's more bloated, can appear especially jarring in contrast to what we're used to from him.
Other than that, he looks like a normal old guy to me.
