hownos will always be the Dean of MovieChat. But now that he has retired, what do well call the new position and who do we elect?

That’s a good point. AndyKing is a world traveler and he’s had some long vacations where the only post you get is about his great daiquiri at some resort in Thailand. But could Shogun be the Dean? When he’s been in his garage with the power tools and Yuengling Lager, some of his posts are like a punch in the nose. Even Mod5 goes into hiding.

What about you SJ? I’ll give you a vote. I think it would do you a world of good to shoulder a little more responsibility. You’d have to understand you’d represent all of us. It would mean dignified and respectful exchanges with Kowalski. You would have to be polite about his jokes and cherish his every contribution. Even when he made fun of Canadian football or when he wanted to talk about the late 1980’s KISS tour.
