Spock is not white

He is a Vulcan. He is as much white as Cameron Diaz.

reply

I thought white was a colour. Like green, or red, or purple.

Very confusing calling people "White" to refer to their race. Caucasian or Caucasoid is the word you need.

reply

There is only one human race.

reply

And there is only one animal we call a Bird.

But there are 10,000 species of birds. All with different colours, different behaviours, different abilities, different levels of intelligence, different levels of aggression, different mating habits, different etc etc...

reply

Which reminds me: support better education for the masses!

reply

You obviously like to respond to other peoples' mild comments with snide, supercilious veiled insults. Try being open and honest on the forum, okay. Nobody's going to bite you.

But now that you've jumped in, tell us ignorant masses, do you think there are not ~10,000 species, (or sub-species to be exact), of animals which we call Birds? And by your own observation, are these various groups not conspicuously different in their colours, behaviours, abilities, levels of intelligence, levels of aggression, and mating habits, etc..

I'll wait while you look it up.

reply

Actually not really. There is one class that we call birds (Aves). The class for us humans would be mammals. I think we can all agree that mammals come in a pretty wide range of sizes and shapes.

reply

Marxist bullshit and evolution denial! There are four major races which have a genetic basis.

reply

Bias is a race to the bottom. Stay rational.

reply

And sarcasm is a race to ostracism, on this forum. Stay courteous. Or, in your case, become courteous.

The Daytona 500

reply

Of course he isn't white. He's technically "green," because of his blood, though most light-skinned Vulcans (they come in black and light brown skintones too) have skin that's more olivine or sallow in color. You can blame it on their blood. Romulans have similar complexions, due to their shared ancestry with Vulcans.

reply

Yes, he's pale olive, almost like a Hypochromic anaemic.

Thanks for your colour correction. :)

reply

Half Vulcan with his mother being white.

reply

Using such an archaic term , both are white. Diaz is a Caucasian. Spock is a Vulcan/human , so earthly racial terminology doesn't apply to him. You need to get woke.

reply

Lol. Is that tongue in your cheek, white?

reply

Diaz is a woman of color according to the US government

reply

That's the best you got?

reply

Illogical

reply

If Spock isn't white, then why did McCoy always call him a "Pointy-Eared Cracka"?

reply

Jean Roddenberry wanted to make Spock red, to look like the Devil. The network wouldn’t allow it. Would’ve been great is they’d done it, a real test of our preconceptions.

reply

Only a real Nazi idiot would be here arguing the racial purity of a Vulcan in Star Trek. That really has to be an indicator of a single digit IQ, or just a autobot troll.

But, the fact is that in the Star Trek books, WHICH ARE SCIENCE FICTION, and bear no resemblance to reality, Spock was created technologically by some kind of genetic manipulation from his mother, who was a Earther with a Caucasian heritage, and Sarek, his Vulcan father, so to the extent that he is human he would be white.

Only a true moron would make some kind of issue about it, and that is why I am putting you on ignore.

reply

you are on ignore!

reply

That really has to be an indicator of a single digit IQ...

Er, double digit IQ surely?

Otherwise this would seem to be an indicator of a double digit IQ...

reply

With the way IQ works, even negative IQ is possible.
Nearly half the world has double digit IQ.

reply

Yes. The stupid half.

However I doubt someone with single digit IQ would have the ability to switch their TV on let alone get excited about race in Star Trek 😜

reply

Literally has a whit human mom.
