Very confusing calling people "White" to refer to their race. Caucasian or Caucasoid is the word you need.

But now that you've jumped in, tell us ignorant masses, do you think there are not ~10,000 species, (or sub-species to be exact), of animals which we call Birds? And by your own observation, are these various groups not conspicuously different in their colours, behaviours, abilities, levels of intelligence, levels of aggression, and mating habits, etc..

Actually not really. There is one class that we call birds (Aves). The class for us humans would be mammals. I think we can all agree that mammals come in a pretty wide range of sizes and shapes.
