No, God does not exist and therefore cannot grant anything. What grants the land deeds is historical fact that you came and slaughtered the jews and christians living in the area and claimed it for your own.
There is no land that belongs to "arabs". All the land they claim are occupied land of other people, mostly berbers.
By that logic you need to give North America back to the Indians.
Jews conquered Canaanites. Romans conquered Jews. Everybody conquers everybody. The Jews left Palestine over a thousand years ago.
My people lived on the land peacefully for centuries. Then it was conquered by Europeans. The Europeans brought the Jews back in the 1900's.
The Jews have no longterm historical nor ethnic nor religious claim on the land. My great grandfather owned land near Jerusalem and it was stolen. I want it back.

Whatever your answer I'll let it stand. This isn't the proper thread for this type of discussion. But I'll just say this and no more . . . any theist -- or atheist -- that claim to know facts about whether god does or does exist is running on empty. Neither can prove their assertions. And it's possible to be atheist while not insisting that a god doesn't exist. Atheism is simply a statement that the claims for a god have not been adequately substantiated in any reasonable manner that would warrant a conclusion that such a being exists.

They have just as much right as "your people." In the seventh century the Arabs were strong enough to seize it by conquest, now someone else is. Deal with it. Either way you slice it, you lose. If seizing it by force is enough to give you claim, then the Arabs got it taken from them. The taker is completely justified by the same logic Mohamed used centuries ago: might makes right. And you're wrong on your facts. Most of the Jews in Israel are not European Ashkenazi Jews; only about 30% are. Most are Middle Eastern Mizrahi Jews, and many of them were kicked off their land, and out of their native countries by Arabs upon the formation of the state of Israel. Curious how you leave that part out.

Something else you leave out is that there really are no "Palestinians." They descend primarily from three groups -- Muslim invaders, Arab immigrants, and local converts to Islam -- two of which are outsiders. Colonists, in a word.

The Palestinians have chosen to embrace a vicious, bigoted, and genuinely murderous hatred of Jews that would make the Nazis smile. Individual Palestinian Arabs who may reject this hatred have my sympathy and my utmost moral support.
