Hey everyone, Jim here (founder of MovieChat). How's everyone doing?

It's been a year and a half since MovieChat was created, and in that short amount of time, we've become the leading destination to discuss movies online. For our longtime members, thank you for your continued loyalty and contributions to the site; for our new members, welcome to our community!

I, along with a small team and our volunteer moderators, continue to support the site, managing and maintaining things behind the scenes, and ensuring that MovieChat continues to be the leading destination to discuss movies online. We are excited about what the future holds and look forward to many more years of movie and entertainment discussion.

I have a beef. If you click on "contribute" at the bottom of the page https://moviechat.org/contribute it says if you contribute $10 or more you will get a thumbs up by your name and an acknowledgment on your profile page. I did so, and followed up with an e-mail, and never got an answer. I really don't care so much about the thumbs up/acknowledgement, but if you're not going to do it, then don't say you will.
