Not a chance that Emily can get any more sexier than in this movie.

reply

Hard to believe she's forty. Forty is the new twenty-five (at least in her case).

reply

Edge of Tomorrow she was already.

reply

Looks Good.. I'm in.. And Lee Majors having a small cameo makes it better

reply

I’m on the fence here! Both leads look good in this but the film looks like a complete mess.

reply

Yeah, it’s much more comedic than I expected. It almost feels like The Nice Guys except not rated R. Honestly the vibe is very reminiscent of Shane Black.

The original show was pretty comedic.

Oh boy, what a pile of garbage. I had hope it would be a more serious movie about Stuntmen, you could get even a compelling story with him getting replaced by CGI/AI, but instead we got "Ken" Seavers, incompetent stuntman at work... I hope the movie has at least some decent stunts.

And why the heck the trailer theme is "You Give Love A Bad Name" and not a new interpretation of "The Fall Guy" theme.

'Ken Seavers!' πŸ˜†

I'm sure they've made Emily Blunt look like Margot Robbie from Barbie as well (in the cowboy hat)

reply

I like Ryan Gosling, I like Emily Blunt & David Leitch is a pretty darn good action director.

I'm not "clamoring" for it but I'll probably check it out in theatres

reply

Same. Might be a fun time.

Looks like trash. They keep attempting this movie every couple years, twice with Blunt herself already. Romcom ultra big budget adventure. Surprised this one isn't a Netflix release, it looks just like them. They spend way too much money on these things, and they keep trying to channel that modern humor formula so heavily exploited by Deadpool, and it always falls flat, and they're so high concept they're impossible to buy into, cause really you just want to watch a couple pretty people banter and flirt at a party without 300 mill of CGI in the way. First impressions is this looks stale even though I love the premise. Despite loving old shows I'm unfamiliar with the source material.

Saw this trailer on the RPX and it looked AMAZING. Theater magic really is a helluva thing. Some movies just need it.

reply

I saw the trailer in the theater last week and I will respectfully disagree. I didn't think it looked interesting because it came off as a bit of a mess.

I hope you enjoy it. I'll only watch it in theater of there's nothing else that week.

reply

So you're gonna see it then?
