I think you’re out of your mind! The Napoleon movie everybody’s been waiting for since Kubrick? Joaquin Phoenix, Ridley Scott? I’m really looking forward to it!

He was scum.

He removed democracy from France and established the monarchial rule and brought back slavery after it was made illegal.

Not defending keelai whatsoever, but the poster they responded to called him "one of the greatest man (sic) that ever lived." Yeah, I don't think so. He may not have been uninteresting, but he was still scum.

I wonder what will happen to the Kubrick-Spielberg Napoleon miniseries now that Ridley Scott is making this. From what I understand they are separate projects.
