Did the Joker really do anything all that horrible?

He did expose the corruptness of the police dept but he did get a some people killed like that copycat batman guy in the beginning, rachel, lau. He made Dent become 2face, blew up a hospital and a police dept, a police helo and shot others who just happened to b close by; as well as another bomb threat.

He seemed like a thoroughly nice chap to me. There were a few murders and threats of death on masses of people but nothing unreasonable.

The Joker wasn't really an enemy to Batman. He differs from Batman in personality not in methods or the ways of expression. Enigma on the other hand is Batmans true nemesis.

He might also have assassinated a judge and blown up a hospital; but I'll need to watch again to make sure...
