Pornhub platform deals another blow to Mia Khalifa: freezes her revenues and earmarks them to support Israel
She showed her support to Palestine

Mia Khalifa is facing another setback as her earnings on the Pornhub platform have been frozen and subsequently allocated to support Israel, following her vocal support for Palestine. Khalifa's public stance in favor of Palestine during the conflict led to this decision.

The move by Pornhub to freeze her earnings comes after a controversial statement she made in support of Hamas as reported by MSNBC.

Mia Khalifa takes the breath away from her followers on Twitter
Playboy also severed ties with Mia Khalifa. They reiterated their commitment to free expression but noted their zero-tolerance policy for hate speech.

"We are writing today to let you know of our decision to terminate Playboy's relationship with Mia Khalifa, including Mia's Playboy channel on our creator platform," the statement read.

"Mia has made disgusting and reprehensible comments celebrating Hamas' attacks on Israel and the murder of innocent men, women and children.

"At Playboy, we encourage free expression and constructive political debate, but we have a zero-tolerance policy for hate speech. We expect Mia to understand her words have actions and consequences."

Khalifa sparks controversy again
Mia Khalifa has a history of courting controversy, notably at the beginning of her career when she appeared in an adult film wearing a hijab, a decision that led to public backlash and even death threats from the Islamic State.

Despite the challenges and controversies, Khalifa transitioned out of the adult film industry, pursuing a career as a legal and accounting assistant. She also ventured into influencer roles and sports commentary.

She can go put on a burka and live in "palestine" let's see how long she lasts.

I'm sure the blows don't bother her.

But while pornhub has their priorities right, in what way is this even legally allowed? They can kick her off the platform, but I don't see how they can divert any money she's already "earned" to anyone but her.

reply

I'm 100% pro Israel, however, I wonder about that as well. Maybe there is something in her contract that stipulates something about (publicly) supporting terrorism or certain types of activities. I'd be very curious to know.

reply

the constitution and rights shouldn't apply to these people, hamas has said that they support the destruction of israel and the USA.

If she told what she really thought, she'd say that america is satan. all these people are "nice" until they shoot up a mall "we had no idea! he seemed like such a normal person"

while i'm not saying that this idiot would do something like this, she clearly supports people who want to destroy america, so why should the constitution and certain rights apply to her? she's an enemy of america.

reply

The Constitution protects free speech - as detestable as it is. If what she says is libelous, then she could be sued for that, but while I agree she's evil, I can't not allow her to speak freely.

Will my pension be withheld if I publicly endorse and vote for Trump in 2024? See where this can go?

reply

These are very different things, when it comes to free speech i don't really believe there should be limitations.

But that doesn't mean free from consequences. lets say that you run a business, you hire me to work there. could be a bar, could be anything and in my social media accounts i'm saying the most sick things possible, people see it, know i'm working at your bar and then don't go there.

you can't sack me? because of "free speech" ??

They once found a handbook written by the muslim brotherhood, where they pretty much laughed at the west, saying that they will use our democracy and freedom to take over.

Free speech means nothing, the constitution means nothing if we give it to people who very openly call for the destruction of america.

reply

Very good point!

reply

Free speech is vital, we'd be another 3rd rate banana republic without it. Free speech is in the constitution. but the constitution shouldn't apply to those who openly, very openly call themselves enemies of America.

The constitution guarantees certain rights for the america citizen. but if you support causes that call for the destruction of america and with it destroying that very same constitution...

then it shouldn't apply to you. within doing so, you've already denounced your america citizenship.

reply

Absolutely!

We agree.

But that doesn't mean free from consequences. lets say that you run a business, you hire me to work there. could be a bar, could be anything and in my social media accounts i'm saying the most sick things possible, people see it, know i'm working at your bar and then don't go there...you can't sack me? because of "free speech" ??

Again, we agree.

As I said in my first post, Pornhub has the right to take her off their platform - but I didn't raise the Constitutional issue.

It comes down to whether they take the money that she's already earned because of her beliefs. That's the point here. I think if she sues she wins, and maybe gets damages.

reply

I'd say that nothing is perfect, this is really difficult. because i am a free speech absolutist..

But mmmm if she is owed money by this website or even still has money coming in (i don't know how it works) then her way of getting it or later trying to take them to court for whatever reason, breach of contract bla bla bla.... then becomes a matter of american law, right?

We have a set of laws which a judge would implement in a situation like this, she'd have her case heard and then the judge would come to a decision. if she gets this money or not...

What i'm saying, and as radical as it may seem is that for me she's given up her rights as an american citizen by openly supporting people who call for our destruction and the right to have this even listened to.

That's why it's difficult, because i do believe 100% in the constitution and in freedom of speech. but we do need some level of self-preservation and not allow people to use our own laws and very freedoms against us.

reply

The problem is that there's a slippery slope involved. For instance, those on the radical left want conservatives to be sent to "re-educated" camps. What happens if they get a majority on the supreme court one day? See how this can go bad? We can't allow precedent that any group can be described as "anti American" and lose their rights.

The Constitution protects *everyone*, *particularly* those without the numbers to vote themselves protections.

reply

But i'd argue that the constitution right now isn't protecting people. Think about it like this, many people would argue that Mccarthyism was unconstitutional, it was obviously the belief that communists were infiltrating hollywood, knowing that film and tv as a medium could influence peoples beliefs. he was 100% right! and the consequences we can see today! 99.999% of hollywood is leftist, debra messing wanted fellow actors who voted for trump put on a list! look at how the late night hosts promote government propaganda like something out of north korea....

We live in a country where we've said "this can never happen here..." just for it to happen. when it does we point to something else and say "it can never happen here..." then again it does. everytime losing more freedom.

I would say that the education system and media is already a "re-education camp" for conservatives.

is it possible that in some moment you have to lose a piece of freedom in order to conserve a whole lot of freedom? i think senator mccarthy was right. the constitution may say otherwise, but the very people, the very anti-american people he went after, but couldn't. are now chipping away at the very constitution that protected them. you see what i mean?

reply

As I said in my first post, Pornhub has the right to take her off their platform - but I didn't raise the Constitutional issue.

If you agree that free speech has "consequences" then it's not free speech, it's called limited speech, and it's what fascist states use to keep people in line.

reply

A lot of people don't understand how the constitution relates to free speech. It simply means you can't be persecuted or restricted by the government. It doesn't have anything to do with private companies.

reply

I was wondering the same--how is it legal for them to take her money and give it to someone she doesn't support? (Granted, I think her views on this matter are reprehensible, but she's allowed to express her opinion if I expect to be allowed to express mine...)

reply

Israel does what they want. Rules for THEE, not me. That's how it's always been and why their biggest enemy has to be to subjected to using terrorist actions instead of military ones. The power they have is completely one-sided and unachievable by anyone else.

reply

Israel does what they want.

So does any other country with any interest in protecting their sovereignty.

Frankly, with thousands of missiles launched every year from the West Bank and Gaza, I'm amazed the Israelis showed as much restraint for as long as they did.

Imagine the U.S. response if Mexico launched missiles into Texas, Arizona, and New Mexico. I doubt the U.S. response would have been anywhere near as measured.

There are 22 Arab countries in the Middle East, 1 Jewish, and 1 Christian. The "palestinians" can pack up and go elsewhere - or they could just stop the killing and stay where they are.

If the Israelis put down their weapons, Israel would be destroyed. If the Muslims put down their weapons, there would be peace.

reply

This isn't a land war. You DO KNOW that Israel literally kicked out Palestinians from their homes and gave them to jews, right?

Here are the death totals from 2008 to 2023.

I'm sure you KNEW that as well. But if not, here's a test for you...I'll make it easy.

"If the Israelis put down their weapons, Israel would be destroyed. If the Muslims put down their weapons, there would be peace."

Any Arab deaths are on themselves. They don't want to die? Simply stop shooting their terrorist rockets into Israel. I don't really think the Israelis need to have more of their citizens die to make this a moral equivalency.

reply

You call being kicked out of your homes, being treated like second class citizens, and having to be reliant on an evil regime that constantly commits war crimes as "peace?"
That's both hilarious and ridiculous.

Israel does not practice was they preach and impose on others. They want peace, equality, and diversity for the world, but practice none of it. They are total exclusive, treat everyone not jewish as dogshit and double cross them, and constantly instigate with their actions, and act like, "OMG, how could you do this to me?" when people want to genocide their asses (which has been going in over a hundred countries for CENTURIES). They are the richer, more powerful version of gypsies. I mean, if gypsies created a religion to use as a crutch, they'd be just as powerful.

reply

Wow, you're such a loser! You come on here and spend a lot of time trying to garner support for your rabid anti-Semitism. Don't you have anything better to do with your sorry life??

reply

I respond to these guys because I really am trying to understand the mindset of these people. It's a strange mental affliction for sure.

reply

I get the impression they're all ne'er-do-wells who find life too difficult and need scapegoats to blame. The Nazis used a lot of that type to further their cause. One has to be a real loser to go onto public forums/social media to constantly and continually demonize a particular group. It could also be a mental affliction, as you mentioned. I would not rule that out.

reply

And BTW your assessment of Israel and what is happening is spot on!

reply

You sound like the BLM folks defending the burning of businesses, neighborhoods, and cities. Give them what they want and there will be peace I suppose - well, until the next time.

They are total exclusive, treat everyone not jewish as dogshit and double cross them

Approximately two million Arabs live in Israel, and do so in peace. How? By living within the law like most civilized people do. They don't leave. They don't want to leave. Israel doesn't round them up and place them in concentration camps or deport them. They are not slaves or captives and can leave whenever they want.

What some people call "war crimes" is in reality enforcing the law and the civility with which it brings.

reply

and do so in peace. How? Very simple. They don't. You're either a liar, or talking out of your ass, which has your head stuck in it.

reply

That broad is one dumb cunt, seriously.
Literally got her brains fucked out it seems.

But that's a classic leftist thing anyways, embracing what wants to kill you.
My favorite is "LGBTQ for Islam!". Go to Afghanistan and spread your message there, let's see how long your head stays attached you utter fools.

she's a dumb bitch and perfectly demonstrates the disgusting decline of society by having a pervert sex fiend pornstar all over social media and her name known to children of all ages across the US,
& fuck israel & fuck palestine

reply

That may be a sign of a declining society, but I'm not so sure it's a new thing. Jenna Jameson was so famous back in the day that even we kids knew who she was. At least by the time you were like 12 anyway.

reply

Definitely not a new thing! Heck, in the early 1970s I knew very well who Mary Millington was when I was 12-13.
