If I had provided you three examples of people complaining that a movie was racist, you easily could have said that it was only three examples and that doesn't mean that there was outrage. The only way for me to prove that to you would be to get the URL's of hundreds of people complaining, and leave them here.
Name me one movie where people complained was too able-bodied because most of the cast was able-bodied. I've only ever heard it with race.

To be racist it would have to insult/degrade/lampoon/libel (or whatever) another race in some way
You could accuse an all white movie of "lack of diversity"
but you cant accuse it of being racist

I've definitely noticed it. It applies to the countries themselves.
Countries that have been called racist: USA, Canada, Australia, Sweden, England, Scotland, Greece, Russia.
Countries that have not been called racist: Japan, Nigeria, China, Mexico, Ghana, India.
