Looks like almost all of it is just showing the lame new characters from last time, plus a few new lame ones.
How many times do they have to hear it: We want to see the original characters. Period.
They passed the tourch nicely in the last movie. I grew up with the OG Ghostbusters, but I'm tired of Hollywood trying to convince us old men are action stars. I'm ok with the new cast.

shareWhich was incredibly smart if you want an enduring franchise. Now, Finn is 20 and McKenna is turning 18 in the spring. So they won't be kids in the next movie, and they still have their adult co-stars with Carrie and Paul. A really good balance of all ages.
shareKids couldn't use the equipment, the joke in the second movie about the proton pack not being for kids. Should have gotten Edgar wright to be the director to balance the action and comedy. Not sure why adults want to go see kids movie when the first one wasn't like that at all

shareI watched it. Come on, it's a teaser. The original cast get a couple quick shots and that's it. You must be a Gen Z'er who's easily damaged by anyone else's opinion. Your family must be proud.
shareThose shots of the original cast are sketchy too. Murray doesn't speak and Aykroyd looks like his face was cg'd onto another old mans body, like the way the used to put RDJ's head in the ironman suit. Weird.
shareMaybe you do. Most of us don't see a bunch of 70-somethings shambling about. It's great to have them in the film in some capacity, but what made the last film work so well was the younger cast. If you want to see the original cast, you can rewatch the original film, or the terrible sequel.
share"Ghostbusters" was one and done. Just like "The Blues Brothers." They got all the jokes they could in the first movie, and it was great. The sequels were made only for the purpose of continuing the cash flow.
shareI disagree. I have always liked Ghostbusters 2 just as much as the original. I can understand not liking the newest sequel but I don't agree with anyone who says Ghostbusters 2 sucks. If if you hate Ghostbusters 2, we at least we got a good continuation with quite a few good episodes of Real Ghostbusters before Slimer became the main character.

I just dont think the new team they put together looks like fun. Now the fucking moms a ghostbuster too? What the fuck in fuck county outside of fuck province is going on?
shareI kinda wish they were young adults instead of scrawny young kids. I guess we'll just have to wait for some movies to pass on by before we get used to them as they grow. OG Ghostbusters had them as men already.
