Are there any other "big name" actors like Bruce Willis that had a very tragic and surreal end to their careers?

The one that immediately comes to my mind is Bela Lugosi ending his career by starring in Ed Wood movies.

We as movie fans believe so but I've seen/read interviews from surviving cast members who said he wasn't fond of ending his career with his Cannon movie output.

Wesley Snipes. I believe he ended up making Direct-to-video movies before going to prison. Since he's been out he's probably still mostly still making DTV. Plus he now looks like a strung out Alfre Woodard.

I wouldn't necessarily put Wesley Snipes up here (at least not yet) because he's still alive and an active actor and he didn't necessarily have to end his career due to health issues like say Bruce Willis or Michael J. Fox.
