When talking to someone you dislike or find annoying, you can make weird faces at them the whole time, and they never know it. Sure, it's not much of benefit, but I'll take what I can get.

That thought delays my meal time another few hours. I could lose some weight via this imagery.

shareI usually don't wear one outdoors but I went to the outlet mall last week to buy new calendars and while I was there I thought I would walk around. Rather than taking it on and off each time I entered a store I just left it on. It was a cold day and I was so surprised how much warmer my face was with one on. (I know this should be obvious - LOL)
shareThis was my first thought. For those of us who live in cold country, this is a benefit. I appreciated having my mask the other day when I stopped at the library to pick up my "on hold" items. Yep, it was cold and windy that day.
