All movies are based on a true story.

reply

Yes, all of that was real👍

reply

I thought so, just wanted to be sure

The Crystal Skulls was bullshit, but the rest of them were all true

Some guy told me

reply

Absolutely. I still think it's mean for the Ethiopian Christians to keep the Ark of the Covenant all to themselves and not give anyone else a look at it.

reply

Oh don't get me started on those Ethiopian Christians!

reply

How about the Ethiopian Scientologists?

reply

They are out of their minds and probably very hungry!

reply

I blame Jafar Travolta and Tajebe Cruise. Whack jobs.

reply

They are clearly the villains here, but I enjoy their acting...I suppose I'm partly to blame😣

reply

Yes, it's a documentary.

reply

Yes, it is considered to be one of the most historically accurate films ever made, right up there with Schindler's List and Apollo 13

reply

Based on my autobiography, Stratego and the Temple of Boom. They changed enough to avoid a lawsuit.

reply

The names were changed to protect the innocent.

reply

Little known movie factoid, the Well of Souls in Raiders was shot in Stratego’s basement. Didn’t even have to do any set dressing!

The Room 2003

I don't know about that, but I did read that it was meant to be a prequel to "Raiders of the Lost Ark," telling about Indy's earlier adventures before WWII started. The trouble is, this movie was so bad, it doesn't quite fit in with the rest of the trilogy, and sticks out like a sore thumb.

reply

Its a great popcorn adventure flick. Absolutely nothing wrong with it. At least it has an original story unlike Last Crusade which is just a rehash of Raiders.

reply

Temple of doom was always my favourite as a kid, and probably still is.
