In my opinion, you were not rude at all, you paid good money to watch and hear a movie, not her noises. You had every right to decide to choose better conditions for your money.
I have stood up and walked down to a different seat before, when a bunch of people around me were talking and laughing loudly throughout the film - and no it wasn't a comedy. They were laughing at their own stupid wisecracks. I should have reported them to the manager but I didn't want to miss any of the film, so I moved and I didn't care who might have been offended.
But it's stuff like this that's why I just don't even bother to go anymore, these days.
As for rudeness, I care less and less these days about being rude when other people are acting rude in the first place. Other people are rude these days and you have to fight fire with fire and do what YOU need to do too -- they do.
