They were the best. MY 90s aren't in this movie. I don't recognize anything about this west coast skateboard culture. In the NE it was hardcore heavy metal drink fight and fuck times.

reply

In my area (Southeast), it was rollerblading and skating rinks.

I do miss it dearly. Playing Sega Genesis, calling friends over a landline phone, using America Online (AOL) for the Internet, no social media. Seemed like better times, but I'm sure others could argue the years they grew up in were spectacular. Depends on the person.

This is probably why some refer to it as the last great decade. It was, at least to me.

Yes!

Wow! Way, way back in the '90s. Model A Fords, Jack Benny on the radio, ten-cent beer. I hope they give the show that sepia tint to make sure we know it's the olden days.

My '90s memories are pretty distant, and mostly revolve around whatever media I was consuming.

I used to watch a lot of Disney movies in theaters. I hardly go to the movie theater anymore.
I vividly recall seeing Lion King, Hunchback of Notre Dame, and Hercules.

Later in the '90s I played a lot of video games. Pokemon Red, Final Fantasy VII, and other RPGs.

Nintendo 64, Zelda Ocarina of Time, Super Smash Bros
