What a complete and utter moron

reply

Yeah, it's a shame most Hollyweird actors are so dumb and corrupt. Someone should show him what Cuba is going through right now, but he's probably too brainwashed to understand.

reply

He's worth $6 million so maybe he needs to donate all that to everyone since he's so outspoken for socialism.

reply

I think you guys are at the wrong place here. There is a forum devoted to politics.

reply

^This.

reply

lol no

reply

Jesus Christ. I can’t anymore with these people. 🤦🏻‍♂️

reply

That's how it works with late stage Capitalism, it eventually turns into Communism. When crony Capitalism goes unchecked and the poor get left behind, shit like this happens and we allowed it to happen to this point where people start favoring it now. If there is no balance, the extreme of the other end starts taking root.

reply

The problem with this is that he is far from being poor. FAR!!!

Socialists would send his rich ass to the gulag.

reply

You're starting to sound like me, lol.

reply

I AM you. Just on the other side of the coin with some slight scratches on the surface.

reply

I feel like there's about a 100 million victims of various Socialist regimes that might have disagreed with it...
Oh wait, they are dead.

reply

He has his own board, nobody will complain there. Looks like 4 years of TDS before Stupid Commie! https://moviechat.org/nm1092086/David-Harbour

reply

What a moron he is ...

reply

Just out of curiosity did anyone actually read the article before piling in? He does acknowledge:

Having said that, Harbour then admitted that the application of political theory in the real world has led to some of history’s greatest atrocities. “But the fact is that the implementation of these things has led to some of the deepest fascism in our society, so people assume that ‘communism’ means ‘fascism’ to a certain degree,” he said. “That’s a terrible thing.”

I also think it's interesting that the use of "admitted" in that paragraph shades the quote. Using acknowledged/observed/conceded would perhaps have set a different tone.

reply

I READ IT...DIDN'T FEEL LIKE DEALING WITH ALL THE ANGRY ILLITERATES.

reply

The moron is not David Harbour, the morons are the people that don't even read the article.

Of course in theory this could work. But in practical terms it never has. He says this.

reply

No, he clearly stated "No One Could Disagree With Socialism"

That he tried to sugar coat it maybe after realizing what a moron he is ... made him not just a moron but a confused moron. He even brought fascism into discussion as a way to say "it wasn't real socialism/communism".
And yeah, I've read the article.

imagine someone saying "No one could disagree with nazism" and then adding "but it was not applied with great success".

No, it doesn't work in theory either, Marx was an idiot.

reply

Here we go to the nazi extreme. Basic form or argumentation.

reply

Well, it's basic so every idiot can understand it. Even you.

And I would argue that socialism have killed a LOT more people so it's even more extreme.

Plus, if you read the article you would know that he mentioned fascism.

reply

Unsuccessful sidestep, you were proven wrong and tried to dodge it. Denied.

reply

What is denied?
