Olivia de Havilland turns 104 today, 1 July 2020. I may be forgetting someone but since the passing of Kirk Douglas she is, I believe, the last true A-list superstar of Hollywood’s golden age (most other survivors - such as Angela Lansbury and Ann Blyth - were not stars of that magnitude, while others such as Poitier emerged much later), the last Oscar nominated actor of the 1930s and probably various other records! I hope she has a wonderful day.

I just finished watching her in Hush...Hush, Sweet Charlotte, which is a very good movie. I had no idea she was alive but I hope she has a wonderful birthday.
