Favorite cheese?

My fave is Mozzarella, simply because it's usually used in fried cheese sticks. I also like cheddar, too. I love cheese.

Lol I think that is the old fashioned extra extra sharp where it is kind of crunchy and just falls apart. That stuff is pretty damn good too!

Anything Dutch, really. Nothing better than a simple slice of Leerdammer on bread or some Gouda with cumin through the endive potato mash.

Those French smelly cheeses are tasty as well.

I LOVE blue cheese, Roquefort and the like but I love many different cheese. Brie, Camembert, Swiss, Gouda (smoked Gouda is delicious), etc., etc., etc. I recently discovered that Sam's Club has a "Flamin' Jack". Colby Jack with habanero, jalapeno and chipotle peppers. It is magnificent!
