That guy is not a Marshal he's fucking clerk. He organizes paperwork and shit for the judge. A job thats usually done by a 70 year old woman. That guy is a bad ass for jumping in and trying to protect the judge from a violent criminal with no hesitation. Because he didn't have to do that.
