Have you watched any good movies lately? Or bad ones?
That's more about cultural loss than race, which may seem pedantic but is significantly different. I thought you were arguing that no one will 'look' 100% Black, Indigenous, White, etc. However, the fear of losing cultural aspects is more understandable.
Preserving culture can still occur when people of different races marry, but it <i>is difficult</i> when one of the partners belongs to a larger and more culturally influential race. That's what the article you linked to talks about.
