Alternative Synopsis Game

It’s time once again for the classic game. Write an alternative, but still accurate, synopsis of a classic film and users have to guess the movie.

I’ll start with a few…

1. A fish explodes.

2. A black man puts on a gas mask and punches himself.

3. A cat crawls out of a man’s mouth.

A James Bond with a German villain?

reply

Most likely yes but can you be more specific - I’m not sure the villain is German…

reply

Bittersweet. I love Bond films, but I don't have a good knowledge of films before the 90s, though I've watched many pre-90s Bond films... as my brain is thinking the film is older than GoldenEye. I won't cheat and research at IMDB, I'll continue to use my memory to figure out this tricky title!

I only considered a German because you used "nein" twice [a hint?] regarding this film.

reply

Ah, the ‘neins’ weren't clues I’m afraid, just fun alternative ways of saying ‘no’.

reply

Darn lol

I really cannot understand why he was left out of "Doctor Sleep". Talk about a missed opportunity.

reply

Best ghost in The Shining by far and they cut him out? Doctor Sleep is trash.

reply
