What should be the punishment for child molesters/rapists?
Depends on a whole set of circumstances.
Anything from a suspended sentence to the death penalty.
And why would you think that my comment would be an admission of guilt?
Let's say a male school teacher in 1974, aged 23, on school camp, was drunk and made out with a 14 year old girl. He touched her breasts through her clothes.
She reports him in 2020 and in 2021 he is found guilty.
Since 1974, he's led an exemplary life. He currently looks after his special needs adult daughter. The judge can either lock him away or let him have a criminal record, with a fully suspended sentence so he can continue to look after his daughter.
I would say that that would be a wise decision, taking into account all of the circumstances of the case.
NOW THAT WAS A VERY DETAILED ADMISSION OF GUILT...BUSTED!🙂share
He was an adult, he got drunk with children, he was a professional educator and he touched a young girl's boobs
Are you just making up more stories now?
I think you made this up
True story, one time I totally molested a female alien that landed in my yard, it was really hot stuff, she had like 4 titties!
Fictional but I’ve heard of similar cases. You gonna lock him away? For how long?
It was 46 years ago.
I do find it silly when people bring up DECADES old accusations against someone especially if said person was disgruntled in someway (jilted ex-lover, former employee, political opponent, etc). Like that Brett Kavanaugh case.
Let’s not pretend that false accusations don't happen. I believe in a thorough investigation. Kinda hard to do that years after it allegedly happened.
Yes, for that reason the statute of limitations exists.share
Even other prisoners hate them. They got kids too. They're lower than cops in their eyes.share
In the Bible, it says that they should have a millstone (a gigantic, doughnut-shaped stone that weighs nearly a ton) tied around their neck and tossed into the sea.share
Let’s start with castration with no anaesthetic.share
I'd say 50% to 75% of the punishment for murder (provided we're talking about real sexual abuse, what used to be considered sexual abuse before the Woke Revolution).share
