Can you tell the difference between the taste of butter and Margarine?

Not even close for me. I hate margarine - IMO flavored Crisco.

Smart Balance is pretty good, but I use the real thing. I just like the real thing better, especially for cooking.

I can. I can taste the difference between different margarines as well.

Oh Hell Yeah! Butter tastes better. But according to the Mayo Clinic, margarine is generally better for your health.

Definitely. Butter has a very distinctive taste whereas margarine doesn’t taste like anything at all.

Yes, butter is much nicer.

I've started to buy real butter for the first time in my life. It's so much tastier. Some of these spreads taste a bit rancid to me.
