The first movie essentially caricaturized an entire culture for laughs. Social media makes the world a much smaller place. You can't get away with that type of "coonery and bafoonery" anymore.
Its obviously fictional, but will these writers be able to do what Black Panther did and not offend an entire continent, given today's sensibilities? I hope so, otherwise Murphy's come back could be badly derailed.

sharein the trailer the jokes about Africa and Africans are quite hardcore but god damn hilarious a bit in the Dave Chappelle style, obviously cuz the actors are black they are allowed to make those jokes.
The funniest thing is I am pretty sure people ''offended'' would be politically correct whites lol, black Americans would find it funny because most dont feel Africans and have never been to an African country; just like most Italian Americans or Irish Americans have never been to Europe.
