predict the careers of Ridley/Boyego/Issac/Driver over next few years

It's pretty easy to surmise the uncertainty of Ridley & Boyega's careers as they were unknowns before they landed Di$ney Wars & Ridley in particular hasn't done anything significant in between. It doesn't help them either that the Di$ney trilogy has ended with a decidedly mixed at best & generally negative perception. She's not going to be the next Keira Knightly. Boyega at least had Pacific Rim & Detroit. Both are somewhat iffy but I think Boyega edges out Ridley regarding future potential career success.

Isaac and Driver are clearly the most likely to continue having success moving forward because both of their careers were on a steady rise before & during their Di$ney run, with numerous notable projects, proving their versatility.

I was always puzzled by the casting of Ridley. She got basically the most coveted role any female actress could have got. And she is so bland. Never understood it.

I think that Ridley is a good actress, she will keep working on movies. Concerning the others mentioned actors...no idea

Boyego - pimp

Isaac - crack dealer

Driver - crack buyer

ridley - just based on her interviews.... she's a bit of prude, and not the refined british material we are used to seeing - prude not in a rebellion or attractive way though, so i doubt she'll get far.
Boyego - not a very good actor, but he is black so... he may get some roles off of that and the fact that he's british, but there are much better british black actors out there, so he won't be able to win any roles over them - so I'm thinking he won't get far either.
Driver - not a good actor, but he does have a unique facial features to be recognizable - if he plays his cards right, he'll fall in the same category as that holmes and watson british actor that got mcu role - in other words, he might become a big star not because he's any good at acting, but because he's easily recognizable. Hollywood loves that shit, that's why half of the big stars can't act for shit.
Isaac - pretty decent actor - he's the most deserving to become a big actor out of the bunch, but... will he? Let's see what hollywood does with him - I've seen really good actors get thrown in the trash bin, while giving the leads to half-arsed 'actors' who are willing to suck the producer's dick in that town.

Re: The Star Wars Sequel Trilogy cast, Driver and Isaac will be fine. They were established before Star Wars and Driver especially has established good working relationships with directors who seem to love him. His career was probably going to be fine without Star Wars anyways, his trajectory seemed to always be indie character actor and if you remove Star Wars from his resume, it's pretty much exactly that. As for Isaac, I'm glad he's free from this franchise because I thought pre-Star Wars he was making really interesting decisions with his career and then Star Wars happened and it started to be less interesting.

Boyega also has projects coming up that seems to be promising. As for Ridley, I do worry about her post-Star Wars. Her roles outside of SW haven't been great and I'm not sure if it's because she just hasn't been getting interesting offers or if she's just not good at choosing the right projects. I think she's been really good in the trilogy so I do hope she manages to carve out a career for herself outside of the franchise.

I think Daisy Ridley is set up quite nicely, because it seems like she has avoided most of the criticisms levelled at Star Wars. Even the harshest critics (except the incels) seem to consider her to have been the best part of the trilogy. She's got a couple of big movies coming up (including one with Tom Holland).

John Boyega, I'm less confident of. Because Hollywood still has racists in positions of power, and he had a bit of a flop with the Pacific Rim sequel. It will be harder for him to get as many high profile opportunities as some other actors get.

Am I the only one who thinks Ridley will do just fine? She’s a wonderful actress in literally anything not Star Wars. She’ll certainly find roles.
