Why can't we have a black James Bond?
Its the only way a Bond film cannot be racist.

Because the established character is a British, chauvinistic white guy. The same SJW’s who want a black Bond would flip out if Blade was recast as a white guy. The excuse is always “well black people have been ignored by Hollywood for so long that double standard is OK”, except they are too stupid to realize that there is literally nothing stopping Hollywood from making a franchise about a black super spy, the fact that they have to hijack an established franchise to push their political narrative is ridiculous. Also justifying bad behavior with bad behavior is wrong, you don’t fight racism with more racism.

Throwing a new white actor in THAT ISNT Connery , is basically the same thing as :

Why didnt they make new white super spy for Daniel Craig to play?
No it isn’t, characters have been recast forever, all that matters is that the replacement actor is able to portray the source material convincingly, and Lazenby, Moore, Dalton, Brosnan and Craig were able to.
The two scenarios you mentioned are nothing alike.
Also make Lucius Fox white and you know the SJWs would have a meltdown

The other 5 James Bond actors were able to represent the source material to my satisfaction, Bond is a white British guy who sleeps around and uses women to achieve his objective. He's a sexist, misogynistic dinosaur. Brosnan and Lazenby aren't British however they sounded British so therefore it's not an issue. Yes this is my standard, I don't care if you agree with it. They got away with making Moneypenny and Felix Leiter black because this isn't the "Moneypenny" or "Felix Leiter" franchise, this is the "James Bond" franchise and if you are going to deviate from the source material that much I think you should just make the character a completely different character.
What is hypocritical though is you would lose your shit if they cast a white person as Lucius Fox or Blade or any other character that was traditionally black.
Because it's fucking stupid, that's why.
