Because no one cares when a woman acts like a man.

A man can be born with breasts and no dick too. A man can believe that he is a woman when in fact he cannot give birth. There have been cases of hetero couples discovering that the woman is biologically a man. Then there are hermaphrodites. But that is another story.

Good question. A possible answer is that women are several times less likely to kill their male partners. They also don't campaign for men to keep their legs closed.

Every person on the planet could easily answer this throughout all of history.
Only those in the last 10 years or so would struggle with this.
A man can NEVER become a woman and vice versa.
A man can choose to live AS a woman. They are never actually a woman.

The title "What is a Woman" is in reference to Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Jackson being unable, or unwilling to answer the question when she was being vetted during a Senate hearing.
