Will the 1st & 2nd & 3rd Negative BP Critic Reviewers be branded Heroes?

Given all of this Faux outrage over alleged Disney payoffs, fear of being called a Racist and a rampant conspiracy to spread SJW and PC themes from the USA into the far flung psyches of the Rest of The World, will the 1st negative critic reviewer be a hero and lionized for his or her bravery?

I mean the pressure all the professional reviewers are under must be so intense. The name calling that will be visited upon these social pariahs for their negative opinions just can't go unpunished! What will happen if the negative reviewer is a person of color who is willing to 'Tell It Like It Is', "your Black baby is ugly".

Will no critic or reviewer have the courage of their conviction to stand up against an obvious and oppressive wrong? Will the negative review come from the USA, Spain or the UK? Will the negative review wait until AFTER BP reaches Certified Fresh status before they are willing to step up and be counted? That way they will have some cover. AMIRIGHT?

Will the negative review actually critique the obvious in that it was a pandered mess, too much social messaging and MCU world-building with no story. Or will it hide behind the usual too much CGI and shakey cam?

Now a wondrously honest 3rd review has arrived for 02/11/2018.

reply

So... You’ve seen the movie?

reply

Did I say I had seen the movie?

reply

“it was a pandered mess, too much social messaging and MCU world-building with no story”

Sounds like it.

reply

61 Positive on Rottentomatoes and 0 Negative as of 02/06/2018.

So far we have no Hero nor brave soul. The vigil continues.

reply

My money is on Rex Reed...he is the go-to for ruining a perfect tomatometer.

reply

Woah, woah, let's not call out people and put their honesty in jeopardy!

But then again he would be hailed as a hero!

reply

I've seen Rex Reed ruin more than a few perfect scores.

reply

76 Fresh and 1 Rotten on 02/08/2018. The conspiracy to keep BP propped up continues!

reply

Minimum metascore is 80, but that's only 22 critics. More coming soon.
No conservative/libertarian sites included. The comic originated 50 years ago with Marxist overtones.

The comic originated 50 years ago with Marxist overtones.
Stan Lee and Jack Kirby will be pleased to know that you figured out their Marxist agenda that began in 1966.

I'm sure Stanley Martin Lieber is shocked that you personally were that clever.

reply

Race doesn't have to be involved. Remember the first negative review for Dark Knight Rises? Nolans fan base had been taken over by aggressive manbaby sociopaths.

reply

Yeah... That was very strange...

reply

Okay, finally. The wait is over! Black panther has it's first Rotten review!

"But from here Black Panther spirals into a stodgy tale of internecine feuding, in which T’Challa is required to come to terms with the sins of past generations.
What he doesn't get to do much of is jump around beating-up bad guys. That’s a shame. Marvel has finally given us an African superhero. The hope surely was that he would be allowed do superhoeroic things."
Ed Powers from the Irish Independent

I guess Ed missed the "You'll be a Racist" memo or he is a Real Man of Genius! Congratulations Ed here is your award: https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=Real+Men+of+Genius+Silent+Gas+Passer&&view=detail&mid=ABFC7C0BB12B051476DDABFC7C0BB12B051476DD&&FORM=VDRVRV

Now that a 3rd review has landed and the review is not allegedly fawning and preening over the fact of a Black Cast may we all conclude that BP isn't getting any special favoritism?

Are we all able to also conclude that the review isn't stating that the alleged politics and social messaging is a deterent to the story of a mythological African nation?

But wait, the fact that a negative review did not come and has yet to come from the USA is still lingering out there for the conspiracy mongers to hold onto that the USA and Disney is still pushing a PC, BLM, SJW agenda on the rest of the world.

I guess we will have to collectively hold our noses when watching BP because the alleged stench of PC, BLM, SJW, Black Activism and Identity Politics still wreaks within the DNA of and around this film.

That is unless some brave reviewer from the USA steps up and calls this movie out for what it is!

Unwanted Black Social Engineering or UBSE!

reply

It appears his main issue with the film is the king of Wakanda.... doesn’t beat up enough bad guys. And the characters, namely T’Challa, don’t seem to live up to his standards. Plus, with a film that has received so much praise for a great cast, he manages to only single out Andy Serkis’ performance. 4 real?

Well, okay. This is Rex Reed stuff right here but each his own.

reply

This reviewer is the hero Hollywood deserves, but not the one it needs right now.
So we'll hunt him.
We'll call him racist.
We'll call him fascist.
Because he can take it.
Because he's not our hero. He's a silent guardian. A watchful protector. :)

reply

More power to Ed Power.

You can stop holding your collective breaths mankind. The 2nd negative review has landed. I don't mean to name names but here you go. Louise Keller from the Urban Cinefile - The World of Film in Australia on the Internet has stepped up with a clear voice and decided NOT to cower in fear of being called a racist and critiqued the movie for what it really is:

The trouble with the highly anticipated Black Panther is that it doesn't know what it wants to be: super hero extravaganza, activist action flick, James Bond wannabe or Coming to America. Yes, writer director Ryan Coogler has much to answer for. But will the fans care? Probably not. First and foremost it is championed as the first black superhero movie. In that it succeeds.

Dialogue heavy with a confused sense of place, this mega-budget Marvel marvel might be a misfire for anyone beyond the fan-base, but it does have colourful moments. Rhinos in armory, athletic warriors with stunning profiles and nippled breastplates, traditional African lip plates, spectacular waterfalls, intense battle scenes and two passionate contenders for the throne of Wakanda, who represent good and evil. Hell hath no fury as a crazed African...
Well, does that mean that critics are not being paid by Disney? I guess not.
