6% 1* ratings from trolls who didn't watch it!

reply

I bet you aren't going to complain about the fanboys flooding it with 10s.

reply

Surely the fanboys would be rating it 1? Did you mean shills?

reply

The traditional meaning of 'fanboy' is someone who blindly loves a product. They don't need to be incentivized, their pure mindless dedication does all the work.

There are in fact modern Lucasfilm fanboys, as hard as it is to believe.

reply

Yes, 12,4% 10* ratings!

reply

Don't know about IMDb, but RT audience score is definitely rigged.

reply

That is why those rating sites are built, to take a chunk of movie marketing money.

reply

Yes

Also they've been rigging Da Little Sheeee iiit Mermaid's box office count something fierce the past few weeks as well, pulling the exact same shit they did with Captain Marvel and many other flops, ie tons of completely empty theaters Disney has bought out the tickets for, to make it seem like it wasn't a massive flop, acting like it has staying power.

I honestly don't think they can afford to do the same thing for Indy, so it'll be fun to see how much it for real flops.

reply

its just an "indy" movie on the title, this movie is a feminist manifesto, where indy is portrayed as an old failing man, who gets taught valuable life lessons by a much stronger smarter and powerful woman. the female character is also supposed to be the main character in the reboots.

reply

I wonder if you've watched the film. It is nothing like you describe. The only life lessons are taught by Indiana Jones to his goddaughter, who plays second fiddle to him throughout the entire film.

reply

Yes! Many claim rating 1 star is warranted.
