I tried to give this one a chance. The CGI is so bad, from the sinkhole collapse to the wolves. That's not to mention the terrible dialog. I don't think this one is for me.

I agree. And the sets aren't all that great either.
I doubt this will even make it past 13 episodes.
It actually got renewed last week for a second season.

shareOne of the later episodes had the boy Isiah menaced by a smilodon. A cow shows up near the end and they domesticate it for its milk. And when the dad and daughter are transported back in time in the finale, they're washed up on a beach and a mammoth walks by. It actually didn't look that bad compared to the sloth and sabre tooth cats.
