I grew up watching the original Roseanne and it was brilliant comedy. At the height of her career, she was sensational and it's too bad she's ruined it all by her RACIST comment towards the Obama family, and overall her lack of empathy to Americans in general. Not only does she need to leave Twitter, she needs to leave show business. Period.

Her new reboot is not funny, tries too hard, and boring. Laurie Metcalf's botox is the worst of everyone, John Goodman looks like Dan truly IS having another heart attack, and where do I begin with the dreadfully bad Sara Gilbert? All of them also need to leave the show. How can they sit there and supporting such a bigot?? The only reason the series is popular is the Trump angle. And whether you support Trump or not is not the point here. Racism is wrong period. ABC should really pull the plug, because by allowing people like Roseanne to think making racial slurs is OK, they are showing everyone its OK. With Wanda Sykes exit (she's a producer), I don't see a season 2 renewal.
