This guy looks like he has a shot

Saw him on Bill Maher.

Checks a lot of qualifications and has NO weird shit going on with him nor scandals as of yet. He's like super clean and the youngest of all the candidates.

But is America ready for their first gay President?

reply

Haha, I dunno... they were ready for the first female president although she lost to EC. He doesn't seem gay. There are gays you can tell by their way they speak/voice. I think he's mild gay since I wouldn't be able to tell.

reply

You wouldn't be able to tell by his facial features?

reply

So I assume you must be gay to be so clued in to homosexual minutia. What are the telltale signs of his facial features that tip you off to his sexual orientation?

reply

Nope. But I guess certain ones you can sorta tell. For example Jeffree Star or James Charles but those can be confusing. Hence why I think he's just mild gay because you can't tell. If I met him in person, I wouldn't think he was gay at first.

reply

lolz. What is 'mild gay'? Thrillhouse is full of it. There's no way to tell how gay someone is by their mannerisms or facial features. I've long lived and partied in SF. This town is packed with trans, queens, gay, and effeminate straight. I'm straight but have plenty of friends in this city who aren't.

I've known some effeminate dudes you'd peg within half a second of meeting of being gay but they're not. They're 100% straight and their effeminate shtick is part of how they end up getting major play by hordes of unsuspecting ladies.

I've also known some guys I later learned were gay but I never would have guessed. They easily fooled me by engaging in locker room talk typically the domain of straight men objectifying female beauty. I just later found out they happened to be bisexual but more gay than straight.

Based on what I've observed, it's true that some gay men will have characteristics known for being 'gay', but these are learned traits adopted to advertise their orientation in environments were it's acceptable. Think of it this way; 40+ years ago the lives and careers of gays depended on how well they could seamlessly blend in with straight society. Their survival depended upon you not being able to tell.

I'd imagine for someone like Pete growing up in South Bend, Indiana, he learned early to blend in pretty well growing up. He wasn't about to adopt any gay lisp or facial feature to advertise being gay when that would more likely result in him getting his ass kicked in redneck central. Appearing less outwardly gay doesn't mean he's 'mild gay', whatever that's supposed to even mean.

I wasn't aware of this, but it's fascinating if the AI was programmed to use this as the basis of their algorithm:

"Typically, [heterosexual] men have larger jaws, shorter noses, and smaller foreheads. Gay men, however, tended to have narrower jaws, longer noses, larger foreheads, and less facial hair,"

But if that's true, how do you explain the whole "Bear" gay subculture based around hairy and rugged masculine looking gay men?

reply

This parody account on Twitter asked, "He's gay, but is he gay enough?"

I guess you mean he's not militantly gay. I get the impression that he doesn't lead with his sexuality, no.

reply

America was more than ready for a female president, so much so that Hillary based her entire campaign on being female, "I'm with her". Anyone worried about homosexuals will be glad that at least he's not transgender.

But his name is Peter Buttplug. And he's a white male, who goes on and on about white male privlidge. Psych issues are a major turnoff to anyone normal. Other liberals tend to promote women and POCs, a subtle difference I think makes a big difference.

reply

It sounds like you have a secret gay obsession with him that you'd call him "Peter Buttplug". Otherwise, how were you so clued into his facial features that you would accuse him of using a buttplug? And who else but a gay guy would be so familiar with such a gay toy?

Why not just come out of the closet and start living your life as an open gay man rather than be scornful of gays that refuse to keep their orientation a secret any longer? You sound really envious.

Have you checked his Fox News interview? Even Republicans dig him. Look at the amount of likes.

Sounds like you're suffering from confirmation bias and think facial symmetry is far more common than it actually is. It's a plus when someone has a perfectly symmetrical face. But it's hardly a requirement for physical beauty, even less an indication of sexual orientation.

I think Kate Moss is hot. A lot of people agree or she wouldn't have been a successful supermodel. Yet by your standards she suffers from "mild deformities" because her face is FAR from symmetrical. I don't think most people would agree with you.

Too white and too male to win the Dem primary.

reply

We'll see.

I heard him interviewed KQED this morning. Wow! I was really impressed! He sounded very intelligent, and well informed. You are right, no scandals or weird stuff going on. He speaks a dozen languages.
Yes, he is gay. . . so what???!!! I hope he becomes president!

Buttchug is a corny, Democrat establishment type with no clear policy agenda and who uses a lot of flowery, non-specific platitudes to get people in touch with their “feelings” and cultural values so he never has to implement anything concrete if he was president. Literally every time he answered a question during the primaries he was vague and non-transparent on each point, which is why he ducked out and schilled for Biden. He was like the white, unfunny version of Obama.

haha well said...
