Rape accusation not credible

Lying to investigator, or delusional due to mental illness. Panties had semen from another man.

ALL TRUTH...WHY THE FUCK TODAY?

reply

His name being "Satan2016" might be a clue...

reply

agreed

reply

Sure. Anything you need to tell yourself so that you only have to acknowledge the good that he did, not the bad

reply

It's about acknowledging what we know to be true and then sifting through the available evidence to decide whether to believe the things that we can't know for certain to be true or false.

reply

Another person who thinks a man's guilty until proven innocent, and then still guilty.

No need to bother with evidence or an accuser's credibility if it's a woman accusing a man. Just destroy him.

reply

Kobe raped a woman in Colorado. Now i guess the metoo movement doesnt matter now???

Are you going to share your ill-founded theory all over the board? We get it, you think he raped Katelyn Faber. Though we can never know what really happened, what we do know suggests he didn't. Some facts to remember:

1. Faber suffered from schizophrenia.
2. Faber's friend Laie Weatherwax stated in an interview that Faber had told her she had plans to lure a celebrity into bed in order to extort money from him.
3. After the Kobe Bryant incident, she was working on a plan to seduce rapper Eminem.
4. Police found "semen samples and pubic hair from the underwear she wore that night suggested that she had been with three different men within three days of the encounter."

Bryant, meanwhile, had never previously been accused of anything of that nature, nor was he ever again accused.

None of the above prove that she lied, or exonerate Bryant, but as we are left to make up our own minds, I'm of the opinion that she lied in an attempt to get paid. Pure speculation, but, I believe, well founded.

WELL SAID.

As someone who's been summoned for jury duty once again in a couple of weeks, this is well articulated and resonates with me. I'm a firm believer in the concept of 'reasonable doubt'.

Why some of these hateful people are hell bent on dredging up this ambiguous case is beyond me. Surely this man has paid his dues by now.

reply

Thanks for your post. I learned something today.

reply

Good update.

Where did you get it?

You pics of her or her name? Cant seem to find it. Though they say it was leaked.

reply

Her name was reported at the time, and I recall seeing pictures of her. I imagine they exist somewhere on the internet?

reply

Yea I know but I just checked and couldnt find anything.

reply

. . . and Kobe's tee shirt had drops of her blood and she had bruising on her neck.

Attacking the victim never gets old, though, now does it?

Being a woman yourself, I'm surprised you aren't sticking-up for one of your sisters.

Oh, but that's right, you'd throw each other off of a cliff for even imaginary access to a rich alpha male.

reply

Well, you can try to rewrite history if it makes you feel better but she, a teenage girl working as a hotel concierge, was credible. She had significant injuries from forced penetration and choking, and went directly to the hospital and police.
As I recall, the victim was hounded by death threats and lies were spread in the media about her. Lies such as those being rehashed in this thread. She eventually couldn't take the pressure, so instead requested a public apology in return for her refusal to testify.

Statement by Kobe Bryant
"First, I want to apologize directly to the young woman involved in this incident. I want to apologize to her for my behavior that night and for the consequences she has suffered in the past year. Although this year has been incredibly difficult for me personally, I can only imagine the pain she has had to endure. I also want to apologize to her parents and family members, and to my family and friends and supporters, and to the citizens of Eagle, Colo. I also want to make it clear that I do not question the motives of this young woman.

Although I truly believe this encounter between us was consensual, I recognize now that she did not and does not view this incident the same way I did. After months of reviewing discovery, listening to her attorney, and even her testimony in person, I now understand how she feels that she did not consent to this encounter."

This is why false accusations need to have a more serious consequence. All it takes is one of these and you've ruined a person's life. Its been happening for way too long. Time for the justice system to step it up and start condemning these liars.

reply

According to the #metoo crowd, false accusations just don't happen.

If it's a woman accusing a man, that's all the evidence you need (the key point being woman accusing man). If you think a man should have a chance to tell us what happened or there should be an investigation, evidence examined, you're a misogynist.

reply

Pretty much. Its the worst part of society today and it sucks because the women who are actually raped are never believed because of other women who have lied in the past. Its a sick and twisted world.

reply

Here in Wisconsin one of our best football players at UW was put on trial for rape. Found not guilty because of huge problems with the case against him, the stories the women were telling.

That didn't stop some people for calling for the guy to be cancelled, expelled from school, just utterly ruined.

Disgusting.

reply

I really hope our justice system starts taking action against these people who make things up. Its a complete joke now. Shit has to change.

Yes I just read that two days ago as well.

What got me was that she refused to testify but extorted 2.5m at civil suit. If that doesnt prove innocent I dont know what is. Also she was a skank. Who the fk goes to a a rape exam with a used underwear with someone else semen and and another’s pubs? Plus how did she even end up in his room to begin with? It’s all so obvious. I think the media wanted to lynch him and created the image of guilty instead of innocent especially since he was unfaithful. But being unfaithful is totally different than rape. Im sorry I always used to believe he was guilty mostly cause the report I misremembered was that she was 17. But I think it was his wife who was 17 and he was 21 but he married her so I find it acceptable.
