Why is trump obsessing about John McCain

Because Chris Steele turned the infamous dossier over to John McCain who had an aide turn it over to the FBI after the election, Trump was probably triggered by SNL rerun mocking him

The dossier = prostitutes in Moscow hotel and pee tape, GOP spread around official memos claiming (lying) that the FBI used dossier for FISA surveillance on Carter Page in 2016, Republicans basically claim dossier was sole piece of evidence used to launch Special Counsel and any and all "RussiaGate" investigations

Trump accuses "fake dossier" of triggering all the "witchhunts" against him and his people, and while he usually extends the accusations to Hillary, he included McCain for his role in getting the dossier to the FBI

Cause his dumbass daughter keeps popping off and attacking him.

because he will never be as highly respected as McCain

Because John McCain was a war hero (something Trump could never hope to be).

Trump knows deep in his bone spurs that Dead McCain is a better Republican, American and human being than Live Trump.


Plus he knows McCain has been a sore spot with real Americans ever since Trump said he did not consider McCain a war hero because he got captured. People rankled at that. So instead of being an adult and saying he mid spoke or owning his opinion ....he doubles down on his infantile attacks.

It's because he found out that McCain helped out the Democrats in passing along that fake Steele Dossier. I personally found the story to be stupid in general. They acted as if Trump had committed treason with 5 different hostile governments, when it all looks more like disgusting bedroom gossip, and as it turned out, it was.

It is disrespectful the way Trump goes after McCain even after he is dead. Trump was and still his jealous of a man who was a war hero, intelligent, and an all round good man, everything that Trump isn't.
