The idea of being "bizarrely young looking" implies that she used to look differently.
She looks about 40 in the profile pic here and older when she had some hits in the US several years ago.
It's not good genes and fitness when she looked old years ago folks, she had something done to her face.
It was very effective, but some kind of plastic surgery was done.
Some of you have NO idea what rich people and performers do to hold off the aging process!
Yes, she obviously takes very good care of herself, and I saw a film about her on the Spanish language channel and boy does that woman get a lot of exercise! But FYI these days rich people don't just get face lifts of nip-and-tuck lifts to maintain a youthful appearance, they get botox to smooth out wrinkles, and use acid peels and lasers to make the skin replenish itself, and strategic collagen or fat injections to plump out the problem areas, Korean skin care products to perfect the skin, etc. It costs a fortune in time and money, but to someone in show biz it can be worth the trouble, because if it's done right... it WORKS. People like Shakira (and Jennifer Lopez) spend millions over the years, and it pays off in looking 30 at age 40 or 50... and in high definition, too.
Of course, everyone who does this eventually goes overboard, and ruin their face with bad plastic surgery. Give her a decade or two.

Also the reality is plastic surgery is used even more in South America than anyone in the US expects. Much more common in their middle class than it is here, but when it comes to someone with her money she would be expected to be a regular with her doctor.

shareKeanu is such a grubby slacker in real life that I can't imagine him spending a lot of time at the dermatologist's or getting plastic surgery. But someone like Rudd, someone who's had as many career downs as ups... I have no idea what Rudd has actually done, but any good agent would advise him to do whatever he could to keep his good looks into his fifties. That's how an actor gets work!
Plastic surgery is really risky on men, because it has such a strong tendency to make them look more feminine, and FYI there's a webpage somewhere about "Men Who Look Like Old Lesbians", featuring all the male celebrities who've ruined their faces with bad plastic surgery. So someone like Rudd would really benefit from things like botox and laser resurfacing, things that slow down the appearance of aging, without any risk of making him look like a different person, or an old lesbian.
PS: Someone who "looks great for fifty", is someone who knows when to stop with the facelifts and fillers and shit. At least 80% of old celebrities look like monsters, with the shit they've pumped into their faces.
