as soon as an actor does a commercial that airs in america, their career is over. she'll never be a B list star ever again.

George Clooney for years did those commercials for Espresso. His career didn’t end.

Yeah. People used to see it as a sign that an actor's career was going downhill, if they did commercials. They'd say that if they did a series as well. Not really the case anymore. Probably because the money is good.

She's still pretty young. Lots of time to get more comedy roles, maybe she'll try to branch out too.

She is a solid actress and will probably always be able to find work, but she has aged out of those roles for young/pretty/funny girls that she became famous for.

Sort of. She is 35 and now falls into the young married couple comedies. E.g. Meet the Parents, Couples Retreat, Game Night, Date Night, and probably lots of Adam Sandler movies.

Jimmy Fallon, Samuel L. Jackson, Alec Baldwin, and Jennifer Garner all have done Capitol One Commercials.

Kristin Wiig, John Legend, Chris Rock, Sly Stallone, Chris Evens, John Krasinski, Jennifer Annisten, Jason Momoa, The Rock, Matt Damon, Bruce Willis, Arnold, Timberlake, and Whoopi have all been in commercials in recent years.

The stigma of actors appearing in commercials in the U.S. has long since been lifted.

Did she even have a career? The only notable parts she ever did were in "Twilight" and "Into the Woods." Nobody even saw the other films she's been in.
