The answer is obvious people. He’s the only world leader that had a crew with teleprompter and all in the room with him so he wouldn’t mess up. He’s wearing a mask because like 10 people are just out of frame.

I would agree if it were a speech. He was attending a climate conference and obviously needed minders to help him with input. That’s why he was the only head of state there with a mask on.
