I don't believe she was in "fear for her life" because she wanted to reconnect with OJ multiple times after the divorce. Does that sound like someone who is in fear?

I am unaware of any evidence Goldman and Brown had a relationship. His friends said they were unaware also and said he would have bragged if he did.

Now. was he gonna get lucky that night? If OJ hadn't shown up I strongly suspect so.

You could be right. I seem to recall that Goldman was described as Nicole's boyfriend several times right after the murders but maybe the info back then was wrong.
