Weird to see a guy once looked upon as just a great figure of comedy now looked upon so divisively...

reply

those kids have no idea whose Seinfeld is anyways.

reply

Students boo Jew. What would you expect?

reply

You mean they booed an Ashkenazi. I doubt he's religious.

reply

If I have learned anything in life, it is that those Hollywood types are all chomos. I think you need to be one to get into their little club.

reply

He started off his speech by saying - I love that you are trying to cancel everything and everyone - it's awesome - the wrongs of the past need to be fixed - but whatever you do, do not cancel comedy.

Now - if the first bit was said with sarcasm, I'd laugh, but he wasn't joking. After that, I stopped watching.

All in all - another veil lifted for me.

reply

Unfortunately he looks very much like a supremacist now at the beginning of that speech. Laughing dismissively, seemingly sharing an "I cannot be touched" smile with his cohorts...

reply

Worse yet - the cancellation he's talking about - human rights, freedom of speech, etc - these are all current targets - cancel it all, just don't touch by bread and butter? And let's not forget that the cancellation of those things is actually pushed by his tribe, not the students (who are largely tools). Heck, many of those unis still have vax mandate.

Anyways, it's not as if I ever held this dude in high esteem. Still, I heard him previously talk about the cancel culture in comedy and figured that maybe this fellow is starting to ponder a bit about the insanity of it all, but looks like he's got the J tunnel vision.

Alas, very little surprises me after the last 5 years.

In 2018, the Jewish-American funnyman came under fire visiting an Israeli military camp in the occupied West Bank, where he posed with soldiers, and machine guns and took part in simulations which portrayed Palestinian children as "terrorists".

reply

Dude's with a billion dollars I don't feel bad for him.

reply

These kids make me cringe so hard. Gonna have to eat a bowl of mulligatawny now to help get my mind right.

reply

Just don't ask for bread.

reply

I wouldn’t dare.

reply

The lower-IQ students weeded themselves out of the audience, leaving only the smarter ones. Unintentionally did him a favor.
