shareI know one of the female victims tried to get help from the police as a teenager, in the 80's - and then the police started assaulting her. She tried again in her 20's, 30's, and 40's to get help, but she was up against more assaults and death threats. If the victim is still alive in her 50's or 60's, she may try again.
