I don't think his career will bounce. He will be forgotten like Rene Zelleger a few years ago.

shareI watched it last night and I think you set me up. A lot of gayness in the film...a little warning would've been nice. Anyway, the film was good...a bit slow at times. Brendan Fraser wasn't the star of the show though. It was all Gandolf...he killed it with that performance! To think that's the same person to play Magneto...that is top-shelf acting right there. He probably should've won the Oscar that year...but at least he was nominated.
I was wondering how this movie got past me but I saw what it was up against. So many classics came out in 98...a movie about the gays in Hollyweird would've not been on the top of my list.
But Rene Zellweger decided to mess up her face with plastic surgery.
