"American Psycho" (2000) and "The Dark Knight" (2005 - 2012) trilogy.

Honestly, I haven't seen him in anything else except "Terminator Salvation" (2009) and, even then, I didn't think much about the film. He really didn't fit the role of John Connor.

reply

Who does fit the role of John Conner except for Edward Furlong.

Maybe Frank Grillo has the look of T2 John Conner

reply

Just watched the Big Short and he was pretty good in that.

reply

just "pretty good?"
that's borderline slander

reply

he was fucking good in The Big Short.

reply

much better

reply

American Psycho
Prestige is a close second

reply

The Prestige is so underrated. Easily one of Nolan's best works. Just like The Dark Knight, I wish I could watch The Prestige for the first time again. The competitiveness is non stop, the two magicians are straight up outdoing each other, it's so thrilling.

reply

I think it's a tie between Memento and The Prestige. The Dark Knight is great, but it overshadowed some of his other work. I thought The Dark Knight rises was crap, and it kind of soured me on him. Inception I really liked, but I've fallen asleep watching Interstellar like 3 times, so it's hard to say. I absolutely love his remake of Insomnia; I would put that closely behind Memento and The Prestige. I really do love his work, but I want another one as good as The Prestige again. Also, maybe it goes without saying, but excellent performance by Bowie as Tesla.

reply

Yes Bowie was great.

reply

I'm trying to watch The Dark Knight right now and am struggling with it 20 minutes in.

The Prestige, on the other hand, sucked me in straight away, and all the way through to the end.

I also liked Memento, but The Prestige is much better, IMO.

reply

Newsies.

Ain't you glad you got a dream called Santa Fe?

reply

Dreams comes true, yes they do
In Santa Fe

reply

American Psycho and The Machinist are probably his best. He was good in The Fighter.

reply

It's probably not his best performance but my personal favorite is The Prestige.

reply

"Little Women". No, I'm not joking.

reply

American Psycho and Equilibrium
