Because the Left can exploit that for political gain. I absolutely believe, in the heat of the moment, she grabbed her gun by mistake. That's not so hard to believe. But she is white and a cop so she must pay for the wrongs against black people. That's what it comes down to. If she had been exonerated, there would have been many many buildings burned to the ground.

Frankly if anyone resists arrest they should be eliminated. The use of tasers and pepper spray is why this happens with people being arrest. Idiots think that the worst that can happen is they get tasered or pepper sprayed. If the gang bangers of the world knew that police were no longer going to use non-lethal force and were going to simply shot anyone that tried to resist arrest you would quickly see the number of people shot by police drop like a stone.

What Baldwin did was not the same because he had not reason to point a gun at anyone and pull the trigger whether it was loaded or unloaded it was a crime to do what he did with a gun. In movies they don't actually point guns at the camera operator because the cameras are not being manned when the actor points at the camera, or at least that is how it is supposed to happen. Baldwin probably got made at the camera operator for something and tried to kill her... He is a hot tempered POS.
